I call at 9-am, got prices right away, then by email confirmation within 10 minutes, went down to meet their graphic designer, finished the whole promotion design within 2 hours, left with 100 fresh posters, and and came back the next day to pick up 10,000, bur deiced to have them taking care of the distribution. 5 days later, phone started to ring!!
