I took my laptop thinking it needed major repair. They were quick to diagnose it. They explained what the problem was and how to fix it. They gave me the option of used parts if I couldn't afford new parts. Their hourly rate is a lot cheaper than other places. They even charged me for only half an hour of labour even though it clearly took longer. I am more then satisfied with their service. I highly recommend you take your computer to them for repairs. We had our young child in for jaw x rays and she was very nervous and upset and the tech was being very patient, but out of nowhere Dr Melo appeared (we did not have an appointment with him) and was so lovely with our kiddo, engaging her in conversation and set up the machine with a fake skull to show her how it worked. He was able to assuage her fears and the tech was able to get some good images. I was really struck at how patient and thoughtful he was. Will definitely go back if needed.

I called around to get quotes on fixing my laptop. Since I wanted to also get the laptop fixed locally, I asked if they would meet this rate that other BBB shops were charging. These guys agreed to match the price for me (another location refused and wanted to charge $50 higher than the BBB rate). The damaged machine was replaced with a fully assembled and tested unit at my home within a few hours.
