My car wouldn’t start on December 30th in the evening. I called B & F and he said he could look at it the next day. December 31st. A Ford service dealer had flagged the need to replace the brake pads of my Ford F 350 tow truck. I made an appointment with Budget Brake & Muffler in Coquitlam, BC to replace my brake pads before embarking on a RV trip. I was pleasantly surprised when John Sinkie told me that my brakes were good for another 20,000 k’s & did not need replacing at this time. I find this honesty refreshing & rare. LG refrigerator stopped working, I called LG and they recommended this business. I called Universal for the repair and they recommended I contact LG for an extended warranty. LG set a date for the repair but Universal called me to give me an earlier date. Serviceman came, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and replaced the fridge condenser. He tested the repair thoroughly before he left.
