I had issues with an older laptop and the staff at Beach Impressions were quickly able to diagnose and fix the problems. I was really pleased with how they communicated with me about timing, pricing and the problems. My Macbook Pro was less than a year old and someone at Starbucks spilled coffee all over it as I was submitting my final project for my undergraduate degree.

A nicely laid out store in the Leslie/Elgin Mills plaza, the two employees there at the time were extremely helpful. They were kind, patient with my questions, and didn't rush me into a decision. I was mulling over a certain speaker set for over 3 months! I finally committed, and they couldn't have given me a better price.

I recently brought in my recently acquired (and used) blackberry 9000 to be fixed. The customer service was professional and helpful.
I had been promised my phone would have been fixed (the price was quoted) in 2 business days. When I called to see the status of my phone I was told it would be ready the next day. When I called the following day I was told again that my phone would be ready the next day. Yes, there can be delays in delivery of parts but I think if you commit to a time frame and you're unable to meet that deadline the least you can do is attempt to call and update me on the status. For that reason I give a 4/5.
I can't comment on the price as I have nothing else to compare it too but I will say that they kept to their initial estimate.
