Samantha Brooks - B.F.A. owner/Artistic Director is a professional teacher with an extensive dance background. She has been teaching dance in the GTA for 10 years. Sam is thrilled to be opening her own studio to share her passion and knowledge of dance with her students. She was teaching in York Region and has won numerous awards for her choreography and costumes at various competitions.
Our studio is a bright, newly renovated 1300 square foot space with an inviting parent lounge/viewing area.
There are two large wheelchair accessible men’s and women’s washrooms located directly outside of the entrance to the studio. As well as a single washroom located within the studio for the students.
There is free wifi, and ample parking available.

Chinese Dance in Markham. Dancing Star Dance School was founded in October 2013. With a highly professional faculty and system of dance materials, the school with the support of students and parents to develop rapidly. The school set up Chinese dance, pop dance, jazz dance and many other dance; and set up a yoga course. Admissions include children, adolescents and adults.

Karpov Ballet Academy was founded in 2011. Its doors are opened to anyone who is passionate about Ballet. The Academy offers high quality ballet training for students who dream about a professional career as well as for those who love Ballet as a hobby. We believe that our knowledge and experience gained over the years of our professional career allow us to take responsibility to teach children Ballet, educate them in Ballet Art and simply make them love it.
