I only like dealing with Tracy B from the back... shes the best and has helped me with so many of my ridiculous projects and unfulfilled project dreams its CRAZY! Shes never been wrong when she says what I need to make stuff happen and Ive caught her several times trying to go for lunch but she helps me anyway. I think PA needs to clone her for the other stores because I never get that kind of service anywhere else!

Just got back from my dental appointment, and, wow, the staff sure know how to put a person at ease. Going to the dentist has always been stressful for me, but I left the office with a smile. They gave me fantastic advise and instruction on how to make my dental care easier. The Dental Hygienist that worked on me kept me so amused that I didn't break into my annoying nervous panic. The plumber arrived EARLIER than expected (also called before arriving), knew the problem right away and was out of there within 30 min. Also explained the problem and taught me a couple things!
