Very professional, easy to work with and everything is upfront (work to be done and pricing) and they don't force you to do any work as other companies. In fact I was told I could grab 2nd opinion for some plumbing work I was looking to get done, but in the end I did not bother and went with this company. My mother in law had plumbing medic do high pressure wash of all there drains this is how I found plumbing medic. My experience with the plumbing mecid was of complete satisfaction. Had them do a customized bath room at my cottage. They were so clean (4 dropsheets) it was like they were never there, other then they do play horrible country music on there radio a little to loud. Pricing was spot on, I did order alot of high end components/fixtures with them. Want high end, it costs high end. What amazed me the most was the high end finish that they did. Adds a whole new feeling to walking in the bathroom. I would and have hired plumbing medic for any inconveniences in the plumbing field. I often know what I want but not what it is, they have tons of friendly staff always close at hand who actually know . Most recent purchase -A Green Egg for hubbie as a surpise! They kept my secret for a few months even when my husband went and visited, they delived when they said they would (free of charge too!) and set it all up.
