Parcel was delivered today earlier than expected, I just wish that the delivery personnel would ring the doorbell when they leave a package. Other than that 1 issue I have always received excellent service.

Outstanding service. As a teacher who is currently in self-isolation due COVID-19, I was worried that because I had missed my delivery date I would be unable to receive my package. I called the Holy Cross location and was immediately put at ease by Rajesh, who jumped into action and came up with a plan to ensure that I would receive my package immediately. After a long and stressful week it was wonderful to speak with Rajesh, who was professional, responsive, accommodating, and incredibly kind.

I came in to do an Amazon return. I was unclear about the steps and did not bring the QR code required. Luckily the staff were able to sort it ou for me. Special shout out to Codee who patiently problem solved the tedhnidql difficulties being experienced by this senior citizen. It was a very positive experience and I will be back.
