I had a short opportunity to work with them delivering appliances and because of some physical limitations was unable to stay on. I can say this. We recently moved houses and the refrigerator that we inherited with the new house would not cool
properly,and after calling many repair company's we chose Major appliance, it turned out to be a good choice
As we had just moved I was broke and could not afford to pay very
much to fix it, the repairman went out of his way to make sure
that our fridge was working again without a big repair bill ! I will
definitely call them again if we have any future problems with out
