The restaurant rapidly became a popular favourite for family outings, business lunch meetings, student gatherings, and special occasions. Over the years, Wally and his brother Monty opened other Pancake Houses around the city, and 50+ years later, the Pembina Pancake House is still thriving (arrive early on Sundays to avoid the lines). FPS is a psychological practice with a multidisciplinary clinical team. FPS offers two clinical streams. FPS Psychological Health Services provides general psychological services attending to an array of personal issues. Areas of specialization include addictions, abuse and trauma, emotion management and relationships. Forensic Psychological Services provides assessment, treatment, consultation and training in areas related to the application of clinical services in legal systems and to individuals who have come in contact with the law and/or demonstrate problematic behaviours that have the potential to bring them in conflict with the law.
