I called for info on a hot tub cover and was greeted with excellent customer service. Even though their product was not what I needed (we have a lower end used hot tub) Mike was so helpful in helping me know what to look for when purchasing a cover. Honest, helpful and overall just a great demeanor. We have used Havelock Auto for a number of years for a variety of services. We always found Paul and his staff helpful and accommodating. Our cottage is on Round Lake in Havelock. Whenever possible we try to wait until we get to Havelock to get our cars serviced. It is much cheaper than the city and we have always been happy with the work they have done.
