I have enjoyed the comfort and friendly atmosphere here! The staff are always willing to help in all areas and I find are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. The front desk girls are smiling and very pleasant with either a booking or helping you with your glasses decisions. I was traveling from out of town and had my check engine light come on in my Ford F150. The truck was not accelerating well. The Kal Tire representative checked the truck and oil level, and said it appeared a sensor was needing to be replaced. One was ordered overnight, but unfortunately it didn't fix the problem, so they removed the new one and replaced it with the old sensor and didn't charge me a dime! Really impressed by the staff and service they gave me! Thank You so much!

This not a complaint at all.
I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business.
This positive change has, I think, has been a result of a change in branch managers.

I noticed a screw in my tire at the car wash, it was Saturday noon of long weekend. I was going out if town, but not with a screw loose in my tire, one in my head is bad enough.lol Anyway I called around, Midas said if I got my truck in shortly, they would have it repaired by 4:00pm. They succeeded in between other appointments, did the inner patch repair, plus did a 55 point no charge inspection.

I have been a client of Northern Lights Optometry for over 5 years. Their front end customer service is excellent and Drs. Kisser and Gorrell have provided me with the best of vision care. I recently got multi-focals through them but they did not work for me, so, free of charge, they remade them into computer glasses, which are fantastic. Even better, they did the redo in just ONE DAY, thanks to the spectacular skills and service of their on-site staff. Thank You so much!

This chain, including this store, is handyman's dream store. It is great for an eclectic selection of tools (mechanic's, auto body, hydraulic, sheet metal, fabrication, welding, etc.), an amazing surplus department with computer parts, cables, ammo boxes, and a host of other things; their automotive electric and trailer departments are quite thoroughly equipped, and they stock many hard to find items. The only problem that I have with this chain is that they still need to open in Fort McMurray
