Durham Radiology Associates is a medical radiology clinic that provides high quality patient care in a safe, modern environment. We have been serving Durham for over 20 years. We have two locations for your convenience in Ajax and Bowmanville. Walk-ins are welcome for X-ray; appointment is required for ultrasound, mammography and bone densitometry.
We are a completely digital clinic with the benefits of high quality and low radiation exposure. We use the latest cutting-edge technology to ensure crystal clear images and the lowest possible radiation dose to our patients.
We offer many types of ultrasound, including musculoskeletal (MSK) and vascular (Doppler). We have new digital equipment for the best quality images. We also offer mammography at our Ajax location and bone densitometry at Bowmanville.

Thereafter having the title Sir Karim Hakimi.The celebration of Sir Karim Hakimi's knighthood took place in the evening of June 24th, 2005 at Queen's Park Toronto, Ontario's Parliament Hall. This great honour has been bestowed upon Sir Karim Hakimi for his many generous contributions such as donating hundreds of thousands of pairs of eyeglasses to people in less fortunate countries. And most recently, participating in Ride for Sight in support of The Foundation Fighting Blindness.When a man as busy as Sir Hakimi makes time to help in humanitarian efforts, it is worthy of our admiration and congratulations to Sir Hakimi for doing a wonderful job.Hakim Optical began more than 40 years ago with Mr. Hakim grinding lenses for the Canadian wholesale market.
