The shop is super clean and everyone is really professional. My piercer Erica was really friendly and has a really calming presence. I got my bridge done and its super straight and is healing way better than any other piercing I have gotten. Really high quality jewelry made out of titanium is used at this shop instead of the standard surgical steel garbage everyone else uses. I hung out afterwards just because it was such a chill environment. Love this shop!

Matthew and Drake provided my wife and I excellent service last month. We bought a fire pit and it wouldn’t fit in our car. They took the time to unload it from the box and loaded it into our car. I recently had Mr. Electric out to my house to change some plugs. The managers in the office Susan and Sheena were able to book my appointment with in two days. I have 3 daughters with super curly hair. Cocos was a life saver! Absolutely amazing brought life back to their hair. We learned finally how to take care of their curls. Reflections is fantastic and I am very happy with Dr Tsang. It is more expensive than other practices but I feel very confident in the care I receive there. They saved me when I had a dental issue turned emergency that my previous dental office failed to address over months. The office is nice and calm and private. Only complaint would be that they often call and ask/ tell me to switch my appointment times but charge a fee if *I* were to change an appointment with less than 48 hrs notice.
