Dr. Mao is very professional and friendly. My eye exam was very thorough and I didn't feel rushed. He takes the time to explain everything. The girl works i dispensary is helpful. Each time i had an issue with neck or back or lower spine , she was able to diagnose and treat the pain within adequate time frame . Professional and calm manner, never rushes through treatment. Not a problem to get in to see her if pain crops up suddenly and urgent attention needed.

Dr. Gilpin graduated from the University of Toronto with her MD in 1986. She started her career by working at a vein clinic in Toronto for two years. She then moved to London where she opened a vein clinic here. She has been certified in Botox ™ and filler injections since 2002 and has been using medical laser devices for more than 15 years.
Dr. Gilpin is a member of the Canadian Society of Phlebology, the American College of Phlebology, the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery and the Canadian Society of Aesthetic Medicine.
She routinely attends medical conferences in all aspects of her practice and participates in the continuing professional development program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
