She also greatly appreciates the diverse talent of her amazing instructors. Birgit Nilson has a diploma in Kinesiology and is a BCRPA registered Personal Trainer and Trainer of Fitness Leaders. She is also the owner of WorkWise Occupational Health Consulting.
