Yesterday I had my garburator replaced by a gentleman named Tien. I’ve never used Clearly Plumbing in the past but based on the exceptional experience I had with Tien, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Clearly again or recommend your business to others. Tien was very professional and took the time to explain the pros and cons of either attempting a repair of the existing unit or simply replacing it. He also was diligent in the post testing which resulted in the discovery of a drip. However, he took the time to ensure the job was done correctly the first time. He was also very personable and I think any business would be fortunate to have him represent their brand.

I just left my second meeting with Vinnie from Clearly Plumbing in Vancouver. Even though it has turned out that the project is not possible, Vinnie and his partner Roger were willing to share their experience and expertise by offering other possible solutions.
