I will guide you through your grieving process with compassion and honesty. As a trained art therapist I use therapeutic art interventions to help you find answers to your questions and to strengthen inner resources. Art therapy helps you when you have no words for what you are feeling. The process of using art as a tool will support your healing process and bring new clarity.
We began our Yoga and Health Center in 1997. Originally a small family based business, located on Coburg Road in Halifax, we outgrew our original space within a few years and expanded.
