Amazing sevice at the front desk! Pleasant knowledgable staff! I watched them deal diplomatically and patiently with some pretty difficult people. The manager took a look and was bang on with what was wrong. Gave me an immediate guestimate which was bang on. Imagine my surprise when the mechanic came to show me what was actually wrong with my water pump.

Amazing customer service! Hail damage in August and the communication and from reception to deal with Jason was nothing but positive. Probably one of the best auto repair shops I have been to, they were very reliable, had great communication, didn't do extra work, but confirmed the work required after the diagnosis. Their head mechanic went over the invoice with us on top of the service underwriter. They even had a courtesy vehicle for me to use while mine was stuck in the shop for the day.

recently had some garage door issues and contacted Canada West Garage Doors. Chad came out within the same day and fix my garage door. He was knowledgeable, friendly and the price was decent. He went that extra mile to explain what the issue was and made sure all parts were lubed and working to its proper state. My garage door works and sounds like a brand new door.
