Together they form policies, which make up this program and are jointly involved in decision making. The members of the Board are parents who have children in the day care and members of the community. The Board of Directors are mainly elected at the Annual General Meeting which is held within the next five months of our fiscal year.

Harrow Co-op Children's Centre Inc was incorporated in 1984. The centre began operating as a School Age Program in one room. Throughout the years, the centre continued to expand to include kindergarten, nursery and preschool children. Presently, we are fully licensed for 46 children.Harrow Co-op Children's Centre Inc. provides a loving environment for the development of each child's cognitive, emotional, physical and social skills. We provide an environment where children can work independently. The rooms have beauty, order, reality, simplicity and accessibility. The children have the freedom to work and move around the room which allows them to act as part of a social group.Our staff are exceptional! Each staff member brings with her a special interest in children and helps assist each child develop their unique potential, both as a person and as a member of our community.
