At GOLFTEC, we use proprietary technology to give customized golf lessons and club fittings that help our students play better golf.
Shelburne Golf and Country Club is a picturesque 18-hole golf course located on the western edge of the Niagara Escarpment. The professionally-designed course plays over easily walked terrain with silica sand bunkers and six spring -fed ponds providing a challenge to all levels of golfers. In the last few years 9 new tee decks, adding 230 yards to the course, were brought into play adding to the challenge for the lower handicap, long-hitting player. Playing enhancements were completed on four holes in 2007, to speed up play and provide greater visual definition to the bunkers, water hazards and fairways, along with the addition of 400 trees. Also, the automatic irrigation system was expanded to improve the overall condition and playability of the course.
Our Club's philosophy is to sustain the true spirit and honoured traditions of golf, while making this great game more accessible and more enjoyable for the full range of today's players.
McMahon Golf has been servicing beginners, seasoned amateurs as well as local club and touring professionals with repeated success. Often referred to as a shop of 'all trades' the services and products we offer are second to none. Golf Shaft and Club Fitting is our specialty.
CyberGolf Lessons (CGL) is a rich featured site to cover all your instructional needs and more. Several programs have been developed to assist the stand-alone golfer as well as the Instructor/Student combination. Golf pros and their students can use the many features to enhance and suppliment their exisitng instructional programs, even remotely from anywhere in the world. Golfers from anywhere can join and benefit from other users of the site or communicate with golf pros within the system. Through 2 main programs golfers can send swings, comments, their statistics and more information to a pro they are currently working with or a pro they have never met. Pros in turn can suggest practice assignments and custom design golf videos for curious golfers.
