UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE. I called to have my parking lot cleared and because I am right on Main St and they happened to be in the area they were here within 5 minutes and saved me from shoveling a whole bunch of snow. If I were to rate them on a scale from 1 - 10 they would get a 15. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to have that white stuff removed that just dumped on us. Thanks again for the great job.

First snow day and every tire shop was booking middle of next week and onward. West End is a very busy all-service mechanical shop but since my tires are on rims, the rep said they could do them this morning. Two hours later, 20 minutes in-and-out, $63 and I'm done. I bought a pellet stove from these folks about 10 years ago. Happy to say that it still runs like a charm and I use it a lot - basically 24 hours a day for about 6 months of the year. Other that a few gaskets and a sensor that needed replacing I have not had any major issues with my stove. On the rare occasions when I needed some maintenance advice I spoke with one of their technicians (Marvin I think) and he was very helpful. Really cannot say enough about the product and the service.

Alfio painted our Main Living area, upstairs landing and downstairs for us in the Winter of 2013. He was quick with giving us a quote and had us scheduled in before we knew it. Alfio is a hard-working painter who has been in the business for many years, you can tell by his workmanship!
He was punctual everyday and was very tidy not only at the end of the job, but everyday he tidied up so we could have our home back to" liveable". He gave us the option of choosing our brand of paint, but we ended up using his suggestion which was very high quality paint-it looks fantastic! We would recommend him to everyone and anyone.

Dr. Preston and all the nurses here are so amazing not only for our pets but also our family. I am so thankful we chose this clinic to be our vet.
