Riverdale Fitness has its roots in a little club that was started in 1949. There were only a small handful of fitness centres in the city then, and only a couple in the east end. The club has grown almost entirely by word of mouth, and still has the 'neighbourhood club in a big city' feel to it. Like any business that has had its doors open for fity five years we have changed with the needs and desires of our members.
