We recently moved houses and the refrigerator that we inherited with the new house would not cool
properly,and after calling many repair company's we chose Major appliance, it turned out to be a good choice
As we had just moved I was broke and could not afford to pay very

Joe had repaired an appliance for us last year so when our washing machine stopped working mid-cycle today (drained but could not rinse/spin) we called Joe right away! He came in a few hours after finishing the repair job he was on at the time. He had a preliminary diagnosis based on our description over the phone, and once opening our machine he verified that his initial diagnosis was correct. He went to work right away to fix it and the job was complete in 30min -- must be a world record!

I contacted Ramboll to get a quote and they sent out 2 technicians to install appliances for us within a day. One of the technicians name was Raj and I unfortunately forgot the other technicians name, but both were very friendly and knowledgable. They installed the appliances carefully and cleaned up properly after. They also gave us a 30 minute overview on how to use the appliances once installation was complete.
