As of 2011, the restaurant is under new ownership and the locals feel it is one of the best in the area. I always wonder why would one order Canadian food in a Chinese restaurant! I would have done anything to have "Canadian" chinese food while traveling in China rather than the "Real" Chinese food we were served. No comparison to Canadian although it was most likely more nourishing for us.

The sauce on the curry shrimp was delicious, not too spicy and very creamy (watch out, not very heart-smart). The caesar salad was homemade, and again, the dressing was just right. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone passing through the area.
On a side note, the name Pasta Jax is somewhat deceiving, I was half expecting a pub-type restaurant and was pleasantly surprised.

Portions are huge, Food is fresh and tasty. You have to try their fish and half a lobster sandwich and chowder. Service staff is friendly. Highly recommend.
