I’m a traditional wooden boat builder located out of Ladysmith, Vancouver Island Canada. I completed my schooling at the world renowned Silva Bay Boat Building School on Gabriola Island and for the last two years+ I have been studying under Master canoe carver Elmer Sampson in Ladysmith. I design, build and finish all types of small crafts. I can also work on commercial vessels IE. Structural work, interior finishing, decking.

All clients are offered an optional fitness journal (all personal information is 100% confidential) to keep track of: your girth measurements, body mass index, heart rates (resting, active and minimum and maximum rates), blood pressure, weight, height (we shrink with age …), exercises, repetitions, duration, dumbbell weight, goals, and healthy eating habits. Keeping track shows you that you are improving even though you cannot see it every day.
