Living in Kelowna, BC, I phoned and spoke with Shannon to design a specific floral arrangement for a dear family member living in Athabasca, Alberta and if the order could be done on the same day. The store was very busy with arrival of fresh flowers but Shannon said that the order would be taken care of...And it was. I received a photo of the arrangement from the family member and it was very beautiful. Thanks to Shannon for filling out the order and to her sister, Shawna, for the design.

We had an issue with our motorhome while travelling from Grande Prairie to Calgary. Jordon was extremely helpful on the phone and although we managed to get our motorhome on the run before Jordon could arrive he was extremely helpful and advised us where to go to get the parts that we needed.
