Definitely Happy with the service I received today at Mr. Lube Aurora (1540 Wellington Street East, Aurora, Ontario). I was greeted professionally and promptly and handed a coffee and newspaper while I waited. The wait was under 20 minutes and was excellent overall. No up selling, just polite and efficient service. I took my car for a routine oil check on a Saturday at Sunny's Auto Clinic, and he noticed that I had a small leak in the oil pan. He had quickly ordered a new oil pan, by the time he drained the oil, completed an inspection, and checked the tires air pressure, the part had arrived. This mechanic provides complete customer service.
