In a few hours my ragged cat destroyed carpet was patched professionally! Pablo called back right away when I left a message and set clear expectations on how he priced and scheduled work. Pablo was able to repair my damage within 10 days. Pablo was 100% committed to do my repair when he came so it was helpful that we did our homework first and realized the value of Pablo's on premises quote. My roommate and I recently went into Lush to browse and the customer service we received was fantastic. When we showed interest in the bubble bars and bath bombs, an employee immediately demoed them. She discussed our product needs with us and showed us several options around the store--in many cases, she explained exactly how to use them to get the best benefit out of the product. This fantastic service was a welcomed experience and has won my loyalty. Plus, they have plenty of vegan-friendly products for us conscientious consumers! :)
