Eric helped me order my exterior doors. He did a fantastic job at a great price. There was a minor error on one of the doors, you had to go outside to close the blinds in it. We had a good laugh about it and they fixed it the same day. Great service. I went back and purchased my interior doors with Tyler and had just as good of service and pricing. Wow been sometime since I felt good to go out and Shop (surgery and unwellness on top of COVID) Today my exp in the store was beyond excellent In the past I have been frustrated shopping due to poor customer service levels (many types of stores) but today the woman (appeared to be floor Manager) had such great humour and ability to know how to talk to me Many do not like serve older folk & I am not your typical boomer except for customer service expectation so cudos to Staples Chilliwack!!!
