OFI is a charitable not-for-profit, community-based social service organization.OFI is.dedicated to the development and delivery of community-based programs fordevelopmentally disabled adolescents and adults who are in conflict,or at risk of being in conflict, with the criminal justice system. The clinically supervised programs enable participants to exercise their rights to equaland appropriate membership in society in the least restrictive setting as possiblewhile maintaining personal and community safety. OFI relies on a variety of residential placement and training options based onan individual's unique needs in risk management and skill level. Since 1963 Junior Achievement of Manitoba (JAMB) has partnered with educators, donors and volunteers to bring a real world experience into the classroom. Our programs give students in grades 3-12 the confidence and skills they need to become the next generation of business and community leaders.In 1963 Junior Achievement of Manitoba was introduced to Winnipeg, Manitoba by four businessmen entrepreneurs J.A. Shore, D.A Pollard, N.J. Alexander and F.W. P. Heffelfinger. In 1979, the province granted a franchise to Junior Achievement of Manitoba Inc.

Villa Rosa is a prenatal and postnatal residence offering a wide variety of programs in a safe and nurturing environment. Any single, pregnant woman or new mother may access our services.There is no cost to any resident of Manitoba not living in a First Nation community - block funding through the Province of Manitoba and the United Way allows Villa Rosa to provide all services free of charge to young women who are pregnant and need a safe and healthy place to stay. However, Villa Rosa is not financially responsible for transportation, spending money, clothing needs, personal needs or medication. Women living on their First nation may be eligible to receive service on a per diem basis.Villa Rosa's mission is to provide educational, health and social services to young single women and their families during and after pregnancy, in the Province of Manitoba. Programs are offered in a safe, nurturing environment that encourages personal growth, and carried out in a fiscally responsible, culturally competent manner
