The community employs a fulltime Public Works Employee, a fulltime Community Administrative Officer, a certified parttime Water Operator, a Community Constable, a parttime Recreation Director, and a Rink Operator. Volunteer Fire DepartmentWaterhen has its own volunteer Fire Department.
