A native "Kamloopsian" husband and father, Jason loves books, all types of books. With eight years of post secondary education, a major in English, and a triple minor in history, philosophy and political science - he has read a few as well. His interest in multiple genres is reflected on the huge on-site selection of books (including the best variety of sci-fi / fantasy in town) with everything from the sublime to the esoteric available. Jason prides himself on his customer service and maintains links to numerous speciality book provider services, including antique and rare out of print books. Also there are monthly bargains and a different genre is on sale every month. We look forward to seeing you soon.

The House of Carmond is Kamloops' premier salon, offering exceptional hair artistry services provided by highly educated stylists in a welcoming environment.
What a beautiful little salon! From the moment I walked in, the staff were so warm and welcoming! I had my hair coloured by Melissa, and what a treat! This is the best colour I've ever had! She delivered exactly what I wanted and was so fun to talk to!
Parking was surprisingly easy! I parked in the parkade straight through the building right across the street and it was only $4 all day! I recommend this salon to everyone!

Since 1995, The Dance Gallery has given children the opportunity to reach their full potential in dance. We endeavour to make our classes enjoyable and challenging, at the same time encouraging each dancer's natural love of movement, while maintaining a strong technical focus. We provide a comfortable, nurturing environment to support the individual's artistic expression. We try to develop traits that will last a lifetime - courtesy, self-awareness, self-discipline, self-esteem, a sense of achievement, respect for one's peers and a love of one's art form. We are building a dance audience for now and for tomorrow. Our goal is to promote a lifelong enthusiasm for dance. Artistic Director Maureen Duggan, along with Senior Instructors Marylou Joseph and Lori Birk, Cathi Marshall and Angelina Cecchini and Instructors Karla Joseph, Ben Bermiller, Hannah Chretien, Alexis Moffat and Guest Instructors Traci Stevenson, Christina Cecchini and Jamie Joseph are all working towards these goals.
