I visited this establishment with some potential clients the other day and was taken back by the service we had. I must say the food was great, but what sets this venue apart from others, is quality of customer service we were provided with. The Manager himself made his way to our table and ensured we were happy with our orders, which we were. My clients who were from the States were happy and we also got a deal done. Fabulous meal ! Owner and waitress were so hospitable. They both delivered food to our table and were very passionate about the food they were serving us.
From our experience we found the Wine & sparking water to be reasonably priced. We had the vapolicella wine which was $47 a bottle Not cheap but not expensive. Significantly better than Kamoosh in Waterdown, food wise and for price of wine. You can find bottle of wine for $40. Vs $21 a glass !

I have been going to Christina's for years, and i can honestly say that every time i go, it's a great experience. the waitresses are always lovely, and i really enjoy the homey atmosphere. Although I admit that the service can be a little slow at times, i also realize that i am not the one cooking the food, or serving it. i, as a customer, understand that there are things that happen behind the scenes that the waitresses nor the cooks can control, and that everybody makes mistakes sometimes. as far as the food, i like that it's all home made. there have been a couple times when the food was a bit over cooked for my liking, but it wasnt anything that would discourage me from going back. i think some people forget how hard it is to run a business. lighten up! one bad meal isnt the end of the world!

We hosted our Wedding Rehearsal Dinner at Tavolo and it was beyond amazing! The staff was extremely helpful from booking the space to answering my many questions prior to our visit. We stumbled upon this new pizzeria and thought we'd give it a shot. We were surprised to find out it just opened this week. I had the "European" pizza and it was so delicious! It tastes just like the authentic thin crust pizza you get in Rome. The ingredients are so fresh and high quality. We will order from them again no doubt.

Me and a friend were going to see The Lion King in 3D and we had to get some lunch here before heading to the theatre. In fact, we were the only ones in the restaurant. I thought the food was delicious and the waitress was very nice. I will be coming here again!

I must say the food here is very good.
Unfortunately the Service Manager or Waiter is very pushy and will invite himself into your conversations. He invited himself to sample our food (which we declined), he kept trying to hit on us, and stood over us until we ordered. In addition, there were 4 gentlemen just standing around the bar looking around the whole time. It was annoying.
I am Italian and have been to many great Italian restaurants, but this is not one of them. It has great potential, great decor and great food but lacks in customer service. I really do hope they change it around.
