Le repas fut excellent! Je recommande d'arriver après 19h voire 19h30, les enfants trop bruyants risquent d'avoir terminé leur repas, accordant ainsi un peu de tranquillité aux convives. Le bruit fut l'aspect dérangeant du restaurant.

I am Ross Patterson, and I am the 'The Noodle Guy.' I have been in the food and hospitality industry for most of my adult life, working in kitchens and dining rooms in Ontario and Nova Scotia and teaching food and beverage courses to audiences of all levels. I am passionate about making good food and about making people happy with food. I've been making pasta for family and friends for fun for years, and decided to 'turn pro' in the spring of 2010 with a stand at the Wolfville Farmers' Market. The shop in Port Williams opened in the spring of 2011. The response and support from our customers has been overwhelming!
