The pasta at Old Spaghetti Factory is good to eat and you get decent value for the money. The pasta can tend to be ordinary from the perspective of the selections but they put together good food and they offer a fun atmosphere and decor that makes them a good family restaurant for when you are downtown with your family. Hate the wait but love the food. If you come at 10pm on a Saturday still a 10 minutes wait. I have been here a couple of times before and always excellent. The meatballs in tomato sauce just amazing. We had the zucchini and rabbit pasta dishes and both so good. Cooked just al dente, good amount of flavour and just enough coating of sauce. Very good selection of by glass or bottle wines.

He later moved to London England and started apprenticing in big hotels like the Empress Hotel and Hyde Park Hotel untill he moved to Vancouver and started to work in fine dinning restaurants to mention a few, Da Vito Restaurant in Gastown, La Casa di Emberto and Cafe de Paris from the late seventies till the early eighties when he opened Carmelo's in West Vancouver and remained there untill 1994 when he sold the restaurant to open Bravo Cucina.
