We are always quick to report poor customer service however I would like to report the wonderful customer service I always receive in the Smith Falls location. Daryl, who served me to-day and the young lady working with him (01/25/19 - 11:40 AM) are the most helpful employees I have had the pleasure of dealing with, each and every visit! They should be complimented on their excellent customer service!

Saw the sign from the road and gave it a shot. Very nice woman, and did an excellent job with my dog Teddi who is scared of strangers. Extremely reasonable prices as well, but I tipped.
