What We Believe Baptists, since their earliest beginnings, have adopted professions of faith that express consensus with churches that adhere to the same doctrinal beliefs and convey to other Christians and society at large what Baptists believe and practice. Further, the doctrines adhered to are the standard for instruction, counsel and fellowship for the membership. In continuity with our immediate forefathers and the larger fellowship of Baptists throughout history, we seek to practice and propagate by God's grace the following convictions: We believe the Bible is God's Word given by divine inspiration, the record of God's revelation of Himself to humanity.

We Are Enjoying The Cooler Weather Of 'Winter' Here In Mozambique And I Hear That Finally Our North American Family And Friends Are Enjoying Summer (Or At Least Rain Instead Of Snow) J In Our Last Update We Shared About Several Upcoming Seminars That Rick Was Going To Be Leading. The One We Held Here At The Training Centre At The Asam Base Was A Wonderful Time. Many Of The Seminar Participants Were Staff Members At The Farm Who Are Involved With Childrens Ministry At Their Own Churches. It Was So Neat To See The Guys Who Work Here On The Farm In A Variety Of Areas, Everything From Agriculture And Grounds Keeping To Administration, Getting Excited About Ministering To The Children In Their Own Churches Effectively.

We meet at 221 Hampton Street, just offPortage - one block west of Berry. We are a non-denominational, charismatic, Bible-believing Christian Church (translation: we love Jesus, follow the Bible, and believe in the Holy Spirit). We meet at 10:00 am for a potluck fellowship brunch, then we have a worship service beginning at 11:00 am.West End Christian Community is led by a team of pastoral leaders, namely Robert Baron, George Balaktsis, Andre Cyr and Vic Geddert. In addition to this pastoral leaders' team, there are many others who serve in various forms of leadership in our Church. The feeling is family, the worship is vibrant and participatory, and the teaching is Bible-based.
