The Olde Yorke Fish & Chips, a Leaside neighbourhood staple was established and opened on our daughters' 21st birthdays, March 16th 1997. My wife and I have been in the fish & chip business in England since 1969, where we had three take-out shops. In 1980 we opened 'The Brittania' in Trenton and then came to Toronto in 1992.
