I have been in the food and hospitality industry for most of my adult life, working in kitchens and dining rooms in Ontario and Nova Scotia and teaching food and beverage courses to audiences of all levels. I've been making pasta for family and friends for fun for years, and decided to 'turn pro' in the spring of 2010 with a stand at the Wolfville Farmers' Market. The shop in Port Williams opened in the spring of 2011. The response and support from our customers has been overwhelming!
