We have just left Don’s Trailers in Kitchener. Our experience could not have been better. For the amount of work that had to be done the estimate and final invoice could not have been more fair. We have been asked to come back in the spring for dewinterixing and to have it checked out for any possible leaks. There is far too much extensive water damage repair detail to list here. The truck itself was excellent - 5/5. Clean, fuel efficient (for a truck), ran well.
The cost was excellent - 5/5. The truck for the day, PLUS mileage from Burlington-Grimsby-Burlington, PLUS gas, PLUS taxes was under $90.
The service was OK - 3/5. On booking the truck, I did have to wait inside for a few minutes (no customers were in the store) until I asked someone outside for help (and even then they told me to go back inside because there should be someone there).
