We emailed and left messages with a number of hot tub companies... Premium Wholesale was far above with excellent service. We spoke to a gentleman Orville who was so pleasant and looked into info for us and was the best.... We called the office and Cheryl who answers the phone (YES answers the phone) was just as pleasant and helpful.. WE would strongly recommend this company any time... I just wanted to take the time to express my appreciation for the wonderful work that JC Waterworks recently completed in our home. Not only did Jamie fix our running water leak in upstairs toilet but changed the innards (plumber talk) of the downstairs bathroom sink faucet on his first visit. We then discussed changing the sink in our kitchen and the cost, etc. which he finished last week. I now actually look forward to doing the dishes. Just kidding! I would highly recommend them!

Having recently turned 65 last week, my wife and I decided to celebrate it by a take out order. We were delighted that the owner Rhonda personally delivered it. She remembered us from many years of eating there. She wished me a happy birthday and stayed for a short visit to meet our new Newfoundland puppie.Being such a Wonderful person she also brought some free cheesecake and ravioli along with the rest of the order. Also at no charge for the additional items. Ravioli & everything was Amazing!
