We are a non-profit, charitable organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Our members include both parents and community members.Created4Me Early Learning Centre started as Narol Children's Centre. NCC was founded in 1974 by experienced teachers and enthusiastic parents who believed that offering a quality educational experience was their primary goal. Located in the old Donald School in St. Clements, the age and decaying state of the building, along with the huge demand for quality full time care, led our Board and Director, to pursue the opportunities to expand our services into East. St. Paul.Our fulltime Child Care Centre, located at 264A Hoddinott Road, provides fulltime child care service for infants 3 months - 2 years and preschool children 2 - 6 years.Our Nursery School Program, located at 3950 Raleigh Street, in Bird's Hill School, provides morning and afternoon classes to children 3 - 5 years of age.

We also offer embroidery on hats, toques, jackets, & other garments. We do quality work and offer fair pricing as well as quick turnaround time on large or small orders. Beginning in 1986 our focus was on excavating and hauling but later expanded to include custom hauling, then evolved to incorporate a Truck, Trailer and Equipment Sales operation.
