The Kirouac Family operated La Vieille Gare, a Winnipeg dining legend, at this location from 1983 till 2008 when Linda (Kirouac) Love reinvented the old St Boniface station as Resto Gare Bistro. Our St. Boniface station is 99 yrs young... Happy Birthday. The old Canadian Northern station building was built in 1913 and carries the trademark roofline.
