Over the course of the past six years, Bonnie has been exploring brain-based approaches to learning, transformational leadership, health, and wellness. She has completed her training requirements relative to obtaining her designation as a Fellow of the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music which employs music-assisted mindfulness and psychotherapeutic approaches to help address a wide range of issues from health and wellness to optimal learning and performance.

Mindsights provides telephone and video psychological counselling services to those residing in the province of Alberta. Services are targeted at adults seeking direction and support in improving their psychological health and well-being, including those struggling with depression, anxiety, sleep disturbance, chronic pain, procrastination, and family, work, and financial stressors. Services are provided by a Registered Psychologist, Julie Wright, MSc, R. Psych. Mindsights offers a free 30-minute initial consult. The cost of a 60-minute telephone or video session is $170. Services are covered by most employer insurance and extended benefits plans. A sliding fee scale may be applied to those without insurance coverage.
