We had a lovely table by the window so we had a nice view. Overall ambience is very bright and contemporary. To our benefit the restaurant was not that busy on a weeknight and we parked very close. The service was very good. We enjoyed their daily flatbread special and crab cakes to start. For our mains we went with halibut and osso bucco, both too were very good and cooked just right. And to finish went with a delicious choco molten cake just perfect to share. Read more

The busy bar was quickly embraced by the post Summer of Love-era hippie locals; environmental agency Greenpeace's head office was across the street, and many of their radical plots were hatched in strategy meetings over pints at Bim's.
