I work in customer service, so I understand that things don't always go as planned. It is how an establishment deals with their mistakes that really shows how good they are , in my humble opinion.
We go to Swiss Chalet all the time, the food is always hot and delicious and up to the Swiss Chalet Standard, the service is usually pretty good, quick for sure and the restaurant smells good and is clean.
We often order take out from this location, and we have had a few problems, orders not being filled correctly, no gravy for the poutine, little things like that. One time we ordered and they called back 30 minutes later to tell us there was a snow storm and the delivery person went home!
Needless to say I complained. I got a personal response from the Manager appologizing for our bad experience and comping us for two 1/4 chicken dinners! WOW, I thought that was just great. I get that mistakes are made, but I have never had anyone take responsibility and compensate me so quickly and politely! Since then we have ordered a few times and we haven't had anymore problems.

Wanted to make sure that everyone knows how much we appreciated the service we received from Wayne Pitman Ford Lincoln Dealership Service Department! They spent a lot of time trying to figure out the problem with our Ford Edge and they were successful. We had brought it to Fergus Ford initially, they couldn't figure out the problem and were told they couldn't help us! WOW, we were extremely disappointed with this kind of "non-service"!. Dr. Radovan Rudik was born in Slovakia and grew up in Mississauga ON. He completed a Bachelor of Medical Sciences with Honors degree at the University of Western Ontario. He then pursued his dental education at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. His most memorable experience was providing dental care to orphans in the Eastern European country of Moldova. While in dental school, Dr. Rudik also represented the UNC Tar Heels as a defensemen on the NCAA Division 2 ice hockey team. Following graduation, Dr. Rudik returned to UNC to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program. He has successfully passed both American and Canadian National Dental Boards. In his spare time, when he is not fishing, Dr. Rudik is training his Belgian Malinois "Niki", and keeps his hands busy with home improvement and landscaping projects.
