I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Octavio ( I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly!) Wednesday evening at Rogers Polo Park. I was upgrading my cell and he was extremely helpful and very courteous! I was going in expecting to pay a lot more than what I did. He went out of his way to offer a plan to benefit me and to actually save me money when purchasing my new phone. There are not many companies that will do that for a customer nowadays. I can’t say enough about the level of service here. They honoured the warranty although it is a Canadian vehicle. Did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. The service department was awesome!!!! Shuttled me home and back. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Joe and staff.

I lost my entire key ring and was locked out of my house. Of course it was Friday close to 5pm.
The first place was closing soon, the second place came out & could not open it..saying the lock is too old, the lock tumblers are in upside down, there is too much dirt in the lock etc.
The third place was Brothers.. by then it was 7 but they would be right out! Ken was prompt and courteous...and BEST of all had the lock opened in about 5 minutes!! What a relief!
