KUDOS to Kathy in Victoria at 1-888-472-222 with whom I spoke today (January 4, 2021 just before noon). My experience with Kerrisdale Cameras has been great. We had Richard at the Coquitlam branch and he spent about an hour with us explaining what the Nikon D3500 did. A few weeks later we went back and bought the Nikon. They have a reputation of helping you after you have bought. Plus, they have used equipment at a reasonable price with a 60 day warranty.
