Coast Mountain Air was founded in March of 2005 as a provider of air conditioning, heating, ventilation and mechanical services, primarily in the commercial, industrial and institutional sectors. Our company is a privately held corporation consisting of two principles, Dwayne Mason and Mark Paterson.

Kevin Alstad, our highly skilled Journeyman/refrigeration mechanic/electrician and owner has been providing high quality work for over 35 years in the industry. Kevin specializes in Carrier VVT, Comfort View, Comfort link, IVU DDC controls systems, chiller & cooling tower service/maintenance, unitary equipment and pneumatic controls service in the lower mainland. Lee our Journeyman has been installing and servicing HVAC/refrigeration equipment for 15 plus years providing a high standard of workmanship and customer service. Our apprentice Tyler has been growing readily, learning from both Kevin and Lee to become our 3rd Journeyman. Nicole our Bookkeeper/Office manager has been providing excellent customer service for 25 plus years and continues to ensure Alstad HVAC maintains its position as a reputable name in the industry.
